As an employer you must be able to guarantee the air quality in a cabin in the long term. In working conditions in dusty environments or air polluted with gases and vapors, you must take extra precautions. Tiny dust particles are a major cause of illnesses, even serious ones like cancer. The death rate for working in polluted air is 15 times higher than for other work-related accidents on site. A clean environment keeps employees healthy and costs due to sickness absence low.

Your employees remain protected and healthy, and you prevent:

  • Sickness absence;
  • Unnecessarily high costs for health care and insurance;
  • Faulty equipment and electronics in the cabin;
  • Legal warnings and fines.

When do you use an AC over filter unit ?

  • Renovation
  • Demolition
  • Composting
  • Chemical Industry
  • Waste processing
  • Agriculture
  • Mining & minerals
  • Port industry

How the AC filter system works

The overpressure filter system pushes harmful dust particles, vapors and gases through the filters. Because the filter combination is precisely tailored to the environment, these particles are optimally collected. The overpressure prevents the air pollution from entering the cabin from the outside. The controller, together with the surface of the filter medium, ensures an optimal contact time.
